What you’d love

Customers worth
having

  • People you actually enjoy working with
  • The same ones coming back, telling someone else
  • Fewer enquiries from people shopping on price

Where you’re at

You’re not a
beginner

  • You can get into your website, or brief someone who can
  • There’s a Google Business Profile, and no idea if it’s working
  • Social is a battle, and AI either misses or eats your afternoon
  • ChatGPT or Claude is open somewhere, automations sound great in theory

You’ve done the work. This is the morning it starts showing.

What you
walk out
with

Five things, finished. Not a list of things to go and do.

01

Your website, gone over

I look at it before the day, so the morning is spent making the three changes rather than finding them

02

A Google profile that works

Finished on your own laptop before you leave, with the search you want to win behind it

03

One channel, and what to put on it

Your pillars written, built from how your business actually runs

Take your seat, $227

Where your
customers
come from

Five numbers that decide whether somebody chooses you, and every one of them is settled before they ever speak to you.

53%

of people leave a site that takes longer than three seconds to load. They never see your work, your prices or your face.

Where this comes from

52%

of local searches start on Google, not on social. Your Business Profile sits above your website in those results, and it costs nothing.

Where this comes from

97%

go over your reviews before they choose you, and three quarters want them from the last three months.

Where this comes from

45%

now ask AI for a local recommendation. ChatGPT names roughly one business in eighty, and the same groundwork decides which one.

Where this comes from

75%

check you on more than one channel, which means they’ll find you wherever you are. One channel done well is plenty.

Where this comes from

Before you decide

Run the
check

Four questions about your own site. The same four I start every review with.

Can a stranger tell what you do and who it’s for, within five seconds of landing?

Is there one obvious next step on your homepage, rather than four?

Could you name the one search you’d most want to show up for?

Has your Google Business Profile been touched in the last three months?

Where I’d start with you

How it
runs

Each side gets twenty minutes of me, running through the tips, the tricks and the twenty years of knowing what works. The rest of the hour is you doing it.

You leave having done it. Not with a longer to-do list.

01

Your website

  • What a site has to do in the first five seconds
  • Your site on the screen, if you’d like it there
  • Your three changes, made before you move on
02

Your search

  • The search someone would really type to find you
  • Your Google Business Profile, finished that morning
  • Reviews, categories and photos, in the order that matters
03

Your social

  • One channel, and permission to let the rest idle
  • Content pillars built from how your business runs
  • What moves someone from watching to buying

The method I use

Home.
Found.
Seen.

Every business I look at gets held up against these three. It’s how I find the thing that’s costing you, and it’s the order we fix it in.

HOME FOUND SEEN
01

Home

Your website, and the only part of this you own outright. Everything else you build sends people here, so it gets fixed first. When this one is muddy, the work you do on the other two leaks straight back out.

02

Found

Google search and your Business Profile. This is how someone who already wants what you sell ends up at your door, without you posting anything. It runs while you sleep, it costs nothing to set up well, and it’s the side almost nobody has finished.

03

Seen

One social channel, chosen because your people are there. This is where someone who’s found you decides they like you. It’s the slowest of the three to pay off, which is why it comes last, and it’s where most people start.

Most people build it backwards. That’s why the effort never shows up.

Zoë Condon of Z List Media, digital strategist in the South West of WA

Who’s running it

Coca-Cola.
McDonald’s.
Vodafone.

Twenty years inside brands like those, and Universal Sony too, doing digital at a scale where a bad call cost real money. That’s where the pattern recognition comes from.

Now it’s pointed at small businesses across Busselton, Dunsborough and the Margaret River region, where one good decision about your Google listing can mean a phone that rings on a Tuesday.

I’m Zoë, I live down here, and I’ll have looked at your business before you walk in.

In their words

I feel like I’ve achieved something now to help my business be found on Google.

Sally, Perth Plantspiration

I easily recommend Zoe if you are looking for help with getting found on Google.

The sums

One customer usually covers it. If a job for you is worth more than $227, the morning has paid for itself before you’ve driven home.

Full refund up to seven days before. If you’d rather talk it through first, email me at [email protected].

The honest bit

This is for you if

  • There’s a business running, with customers already
  • You’re on your own, or there are fewer than five of you
  • You handle your digital, or you brief whoever does
  • There’s a website, even one you’re not thrilled with
  • You’d rather be pointed forward than picked apart

Worth knowing

  • Bring a laptop, your website logins and your Google details
  • We use AI in every session, so bring ChatGPT or Claude if you have it
  • Nobody takes it off your hands on the day. That’s separate, and you can ask me
  • Parking out the front of the hall

The Website Once-Over

One page of yours, looked at closely. Back in four business days.

Get your Once-Over

What comes back

  • What’s working, and what to leave alone
  • What’s costing you more than it gives back
  • A search check, so you know what you could be found for
  • One pointer on your social, one lead magnet idea
  • The order to do it in

Your $47 comes off a Founder Deep Dive later.

Questions
I get asked

Where is Eagle Bay Community Hall?

Fern Road, Eagle Bay WA 6281, between Dunsborough and Meelup. Ten minutes from Dunsborough, twenty-five from Busselton, forty-five from Margaret River. Parking out the front.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to get into your own website, or have somebody you can brief. Nothing assumes you know what a meta description is.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, your website logins and your Google account details. We use AI in every session, so bring ChatGPT or Claude if you have it, though it works either way.

Will you build my website for me?

Not on the day. This is a workshop where you make the changes with me beside you. I build sites separately, and you’re welcome to ask me about it over a wine afterwards.

What if I can’t make it?

Full refund up to seven days before. After that, get in touch and we’ll sort something out.

I’m not in the South West. Is it worth the drive?

People come down from Perth for it, and a few make a day of it with the brewery afterwards. Around two and a half hours, so an early start gets you there comfortably.

What happens after I book?

You get six questions about your business. Your answers are what let me go over your website before the day, so the morning starts on your business rather than a general lesson.
