This policy explains what information Z List Media collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. There are no surprises here. If something is unclear, email [email protected] and I will answer directly.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits zlistmedia.com.au, submits a contact form, joins the Unstuck Notes email list, purchases a Pocket Bot, or books and pays for a Founder Intervention.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we collect your name and email address so we can respond to your enquiry. Nothing else is stored or used.
When you join the Unstuck Notes, we collect your name and email address. We use this to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When you purchase a Pocket Bot or book a Founder Intervention, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Tekmatix and Stripe. Z List Media does not store your card details at any point — that data stays with the payment processor.
When you complete the Founder Intervention intake form, we collect business details you choose to share — your current offers, what you are working on, and where you feel stuck. This information is used solely to prepare for and deliver your session. It is not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
How your information is stored
Contact form submissions, email list data, and purchase records are managed through Tekmatix, a CRM and marketing platform. Tekmatix stores data on secure servers. You can read Tekmatix's own privacy documentation if you want to understand their infrastructure in detail.
Intake form responses are stored within Tekmatix and accessed only by Zoe for session preparation.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop.
The only third parties who may process your data are the platforms we use to operate the business: Tekmatix (CRM and email), Stripe (payment processing), and Zoom (session delivery). Each of these has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Cookies and tracking
This website may use basic cookies to support site functionality. If analytics tools are active on the site, they collect non-identifying data about how visitors interact with pages — pages visited, time on site, device type. This data is used to understand what content is useful and to improve the site. It is not linked to your personal identity.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these things, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are on the Unstuck Notes list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
How long we keep your data
Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing conversation, then deleted. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for a minimum of five years to meet standard financial record-keeping obligations. Intake form data is kept for twelve months after your session, then deleted.
