You pay monthly and you can cancel yourself at any time. I answer your digital questions on WhatsApp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during business hours, Perth time. I'll be generous with how much you ask, and I'm trusting you to be sensible about it.
What I give you is experienced digital advice, not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and I can't promise what it will earn you. Everything below says the same thing in more detail. If anything in it doesn't sit right, email me before you join rather than after.
Pocket Zoë is run by Zoë Condon trading as Z List Media, ABN 92 550 516 376, based in Western Australia. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean Z List Media, and "you" means the person or business holding the membership.
The membership is one to one, for one business, and it's yours alone. Please don't share the number or pass my answers on as advice for someone else's business.
I've deliberately not put a question limit on this, because counting questions makes people hoard them and that's the opposite of the point. Ask freely.
What it isn't: a done for you service, an unlimited consulting retainer, or a substitute for a build. If a question is really a project, I'll tell you plainly and quote it separately rather than doing half of it and hoping.
To put a number on it, the membership includes up to five hours of my time in any calendar month. That's my time looking at your things, thinking, recording answers and writing prompts. It isn't a limit on how many times you message me, and it isn't something you need to track. Almost nobody will get near it, and I won't be precious about the odd month that runs over.
The one guardrail. If the volume becomes unworkable for one person to answer well, I'll say so and we'll talk about it before anything changes. I won't cut you off without a conversation first.
I answer on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during business hours, Perth time. Send whenever suits you, at any hour you like.
You'll have my answer on the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday after I receive it. Something that lands late on a Friday gets answered on the Monday. If you're on the east coast or in New Zealand, remember I'm two to three hours behind you, so allow for that at the edges of the day.
Those three days are what I commit to, and they're the ones to plan around. If I'm about and it suits me, you might well hear back sooner, on another day, or outside business hours. Treat that as a bonus rather than the new arrangement, because answering early once doesn't oblige me to do it again.
I may change which days I answer on if the schedule stops working, and you'll get reasonable notice in writing before it happens.
This isn't an emergency service and it isn't monitored outside those hours. If something is on fire, don't wait on me.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The membership is a recurring monthly subscription, charged to your nominated payment method on the same date each month until you cancel. Your card details are held by our payment provider, not by me.
If a payment fails, I'll let you know and access pauses until it's sorted. If it isn't sorted within 14 days, the membership ends and the founding rate goes with it.
The membership is $297 a month, or $394 a month with the 45 minute call included. The rate you join at is the rate you hold, for as long as the membership stays continuously active.
Your rate is tied to the membership, not to you personally. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at whatever the current rate is.
Founding members who joined at $197 before 31 August 2026 keep that rate on the same terms. The founding rate closed on that date and is no longer available.
I may change the rate for new members in future. Existing members get at least 30 days notice in writing before any price change affects them, and you're free to cancel in that window.
Cancel yourself at any time, in a couple of clicks, with no notice period and no conversation required. Your membership runs to the end of the month you've already paid for, and then stops.
Because this is a month to month subscription you can end at any time, I don't refund part months or months already used. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which I can't contract out of. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email me and we'll sort it out properly rather than argue about clauses.
I take leave like anyone else. I'll give you at least 7 days notice of any break longer than three business days, and I'll tell you when I'm back. Short public holidays don't count as a break. If I'm ever away long enough that it materially affects your month, I'll credit or extend your membership rather than pretend it didn't happen.
I give experienced advice on digital, digital marketing, websites, content, offers, pricing language and AI tools. I'm a digital generalist, and I'll tell you when something sits outside what I know.
I'm not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, tax agent or medical professional, and nothing I send you is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. For those, go to someone licensed to give it.
I can't and don't guarantee results, revenue, rankings, followers or any other outcome. What you get is my honest professional judgment. What happens next depends on what you do with it, on your market, and on plenty of things neither of us controls.
What you tell me about your business stays with me. I won't share your numbers, your plans or your problems with anyone.
If I ever want to talk publicly about something we worked on, I'll ask you first and I'll accept no as an answer.
Prompts, templates, frameworks and written material I create stay my intellectual property. You get a licence to use them inside your own business, for as long as you like, including after you leave.
You can't resell them, publish them as your own, or supply them to clients as part of a service you charge for. If you'd like to do something like that, ask me, because the answer is often yes on the right terms.
What you send me stays yours.
The membership runs on WhatsApp, which is a third party service with its own terms and privacy policy. Messages pass through their systems and I don't control them.
Please don't send me passwords, card numbers, or anything you'd be upset to have sitting in a messaging app. If I need access to something, we'll find a safer way to do it.
How I handle your personal information is set out in my privacy policy.
I can end a membership with 30 days notice and a pro rata refund of anything unused. I'd only do that if the fit genuinely wasn't working, and you'd hear it from me directly first.
I can end it immediately, without refund, for abusive behaviour, for sharing access with people who haven't paid for it, or for using what I give you in a way that breaks the law.
My services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms removes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where the law allows me to limit my liability, it's limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
If I update these terms, current members get at least 30 days notice in writing, and you're free to cancel in that window if the change doesn't suit you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and both of us submit to the courts of that state. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Email me at [email protected]. If something here is unclear, ask before you join rather than after.
